The Autonomic Compass
Changing the world, one nervous system at a time
Understanding your nervous system is the first step toward meaningful change
This isn’t just wellbeing work. It’s future-making work.
In today’s rapidly changing world, many of us are navigating heightened stress, uncertainty, and complexity—both in our personal lives and in the systems we engage with. These pressures can lead to burnout, disconnection, and reactive decision-making, making it harder to collaborate, create, and care for what matters most.
Our Nervous System Literacy training offers practical tools to help you recognise and regulate stress responses, fostering resilience and adaptability in both personal and professional settings.
What's inside?
This tool is a gift to help you reconnect with your body, understand your nervous system state, and grow your capacity to respond to life with more clarity, care, and choice.
I call this response-ability — the ability to respond rather than react.
The Autonomic Compass is informed by Polyvagal Theory, trauma-aware design, and embodied practice.
It includes practices to help you: (1) Identify your nervous system state and (2) Recognise adaptive stress responses and move toward regulation.
Use this as a gentle, reflective tool — not to fix, but to befriend your nervous system.
