I’m Jax Wechsler, a trauma-informed strategic designer, coach and educator working with nervous system literacy, somatic practices and inside-out change.

I’ve spent many years working in social and systems change spaces, where care, complexity and urgency often collide. I’m no stranger to burnout, and this work has grown from both professional practice and lived experience.

My approach supports wellbeing, presence and sustainable capacity — helping people and teams meet change in ways that are grounded, relational and life-giving, rather than depleting.
